We have been in the business of "Extreme" Smile Makeovers for a number of years now. In fact, it is what we do best. Just look at the following "Before" and "After" photographs and see for yourself. Dr John Wells has spent literally thousands of hours on continuing education in the field of "Cosmetic Dentistry", including travelling many times to Europe or the USA in order to gain cutting-edge technology and procedures to bring to our patients back home.
The most satisfying part of our work is seeing the excitement and delight on our patients' faces when, even with minimal dentistry, we give them a more beautiful smile. In fact, we often see whole personality changes in those of our patients that rarely smiled because they lacked confidence in the appearance of their smile. This is just a very small sample of the smiles that we have done. However, a lot of our new patients find the smiles on this page very helpful when they call to see what we can do to help them. We ask them to just tell us which smile is closest to theirs and we can then give them more information as to how we can help. Each smile on this page is numbered for this very reason. Please note that sometimes there are characteristics that a patient may wish to keep. For example, in Case 06, the patient identified with the space between her two front teeth and wanted to close the gap but not completely. We were able to satisfy this need for this patient, whereas for Case 20, this patient wanted the gap closed completely. Case 14 had a crown that she wanted to keep (much more yellow). This made it look like the rest of her teeth were completely natural. Some patients wanted a Hollywood look whereas other wanted a more natural look. Dr Wells takes all of this into consideration, as well as skin colouring, age and other features to help guide the patient to achieve the look they are after.
