This lovely young lady in her mid-twenties had previous orthodontic work. She was missing her upper right second front tooth and had an unusually small upper left second front tooth. The gaps had been closed with braces, however, there were some spaces left over and our patient felt there was an unaesthetic shape of some teeth. There was also a white enamel spot on the upper right front tooth.
Cosmetic bonding using composite resin and some careful tooth reshaping (tooth “manicuring”) gave a very conservative, yet beautiful result in just one visit. Our patient is very happy with this result and feels much more confident about smiling now.
